Signup, Kobi's language, and family monitoring

I designed symptom monitoring, family visibility, report tracking, and Kobi's AI recommendation experience. The challenge was explaining health information across cultural design expectations and different levels of cancer literacy.

Signup Redesign

Testing showed that signup asked for too much health information upfront. We separated account setup from the more detailed health questions.

Revising Kobi's Tone

Kobi's early responses used clinical language that was difficult for a general audience. We shortened the responses, simplified the language, and added small expressions and friendlier guidance.

Family Monitoring

Because the venture also came from the problem of monitoring aging loved ones abroad, Cura Connect emphasized clear consent, simple sharing, and easy-to-understand health reports for family members.
