User flows, accessibility, and AI framing
I was responsible for turning the research into a usable product: symptom monitoring, family visibility, report tracking, and Kobi's AI recommendation experience. The main design challenge was making health data feel actionable across cultural design expectations and varying levels of cancer literacy.
Signup Redesign
The original signup flow tried to collect too much health context upfront. After testing, we split it into a simpler account setup and a deeper calibration flow so users could reach value before answering more sensitive or complex questions.
Kobi AI Framing
Early Kobi responses were too clinical and vocabulary-heavy for a general population. We redesigned the tone to be warmer, shorter, and more human, adding small expressions and friendlier guidance so the AI felt supportive instead of cold or blank.
Family Monitoring
Because the venture also came from the problem of monitoring aging loved ones abroad, Cura Connect emphasized clear consent, simple sharing, and easy-to-understand health reports for family members.
